Our service provides the benefits of a dedicated IT staff at less than the cost of a single IT employee.

Our blended-team enables small and medium tier companies to benefit from the full range of systematic tools, resources and processes usually only cost justifiable in much larger organizations. This approach has helped bring technology efficiencies in hardware and software solutions, while minimizing operational costs of single-source IT support.

Our mission is to provide excellent customer service. Our support engineers are leaders in their respective fields and each is dedicated to providing courteous and reliable technical support. We thoroughly document our customers' environments so that the power of our team can be brought to your company at affordable costs.

We are trustworthy because we continue to be community involved people who hire and train the best possible tech talent. Our techs stay on the leading edge of technology though both ongoing training, technology enhanced, collaborative problem solving and simply seeing so many different environments that they can leverage that experience.

We know that your systems uptime is critical so we provide a 24/7/365 toll free help line to reach our techs to address any after-hours emergency. We are professional, dependable, and experienced. We are happy to provide technicians on an “on call” basis, but our typical customer is a small business that signs up for a monthly retainer. Retainer customers receive priority support at a discounted hourly rate. Our minimum retainer is five pre-paid hours per month. We currently support a few larger customers with as many as 160 hours a month, but our typical customer utilizes between 15 and 45 hours each month—depending on their size and the complexity of their systems. We often schedule a set time each week that our we come onsite so your employees can batch up non-urgent issues to be addressed at a standard time.
