Block Hour Contract Restrictions

The following accounts can purchase the block hour contract for up to 1 block of hours with a minimum of 15 hours

• Residential Accounts
• Business Accounts

Only the following accounts can replenish the their block hour contract upon depletion of the 1st block purchased:

• Any residential account with no servers
• Any business account containing less than 8 employees with no servers
• Any business account requiring a special project

This contract is available to both our residential and 1st time business clients to try out our services.  Upon the complete utilization of the 1st block of hours purchased, residential clients and smaller businesses that contain a fewer than 8 employees and no servers may continue to utilize the block hour contract by purchasing additional blocks.  Businesses with a server and or 9 employees or more can either utilize our services on an ADHOC basis (as needed) or on RETAINER basis.
